Unfortunately I was using another pool company and they just couldn’t ever get my pool clear.  Not good when you are trying to sell your house.  Desperate in need of help, I called Gohlke.  They sent people out that day which was awesome!  Tim walked out and knew immediately what was wrong and he also sent someone out to clean it.  Cody was here for 2 hours working the whole time in 105 degree weather!  Tim came out on his own time the next day to check on the equipment again.  This is the best my pool has looked in a long time!! Dear Gohlke Management Team:

On Saturday, May 19th I woke to find my pool pump just “humming” with no water movement!  I shut it off and called the pool company who had built it and who has been (was) my service provider.  They could not respond until Tuesday even after explaining that I had committed to hosting my daughter’s end of the season volleyball team swim party at 5:00pm that day and was desperate as I needed several hours to heat it up before the event.

I called your service department and was greeted by Emily who was incredibly kind.  I told her my situations and she told me that she had a few techs working today and they were pretty full but she would see what she could do and would call me back in a little bit.  She called me back within 15 minutes to tell me that a technician was on his way to my house and bringing a new pump with him!! WOW!! Needless to say, wife and daughter were ecstatic, as I!! A.W. arrived shortly thereafter and couldn’t have been any nicer and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  He checked it out and within a few minutes determined that the pump was still good and that is just needed a capacitor.  He changed out the part and we were on our way to heating up the pool.

NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION

Tim Broyles did an outstanding job on our pool.  Every time that I came home from work, something had been accomplished.   Since the pool has been complete, the follow up has been excellent and the retail store has been very helpful.
The customer service has been excellent!  We have heard the horror stories of dealing with contractors-but that has not been the case, it has been great!

Retail

I was in the retail store the other day and received great service.  Wes helped me and you could tell he really takes care of the customer and also helps the other staff members.  He did a great job handling everything when the store was really busy.
