Down home genuine feel. Always feel like your staff is being honest and courteous with us. I like the face that your service technicians are nice to my dogs and are able to do their service and I don’t have to lock the dogs up in the house for the day. The fellow who came to the house and showed me how to work the filters, pumps, etc. and let me do it hands on so I knew what to do myself. Very informative, friendly, and “pool knowledge” are not silly questions. They understand not everyone knows about pools. Very knowledgeable staff. Don’t know how it could have been better. Tim was patient and detailed and remembered everything we talked about. We never felt pressure to spend more money-always felt like we were given the facts and we made decisions. Tim always seemed to have our best interest in mind. We’ve had many contractors out over the past eight years as we have built up our property. Our experience with Gohlke was one of the best. They always put our input first, and we never had to compromise what we wanted just to make it easier for them. Special thanks to Tim for answering and reanswering our many questions.

Jacob listened to what we wanted and took his time with us, we never felt like we were bothering him. Also very friendly and fun to interact with. Nathan made himself available to us and followed through with all our concerns. It was great to see it all come together in such a timely manner.
